Apple Oats Smoothie

Great meal to kick start your day with or one to satiate evening hunger to boost energy and keep you full.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup (125 grams) oats
  • ¼ cup (60 grams) curds
  • ½ medium apple (50 grams), cored and roughly chopped
  • ¼ tsp pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 scoops (24 grams) Prohance D powder
  • Ice cubes, if required
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
