Besan Peanut Butter Dates Ladoo is a nutty and tasty treat that combines besan, peanut butter and dates. The ladoos are naturally sweetened with dates and are sugar free. Ingredients
  • Half cup besan (61 g)
  • 1/3 Cup chopped dates (52 g)
  • 1 Scoop Prohance powder (50 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped almonds (11 g)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon cinnamon powder (0.24 g)
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter (30 g)
Instructions
  1. In a non-stick pan, dry roast besan till slightly brown.
  2. Transfer the flour in a bowl, add Pohance nutritional powder, peanut butter, chopped dates, a pinch of cinnamon powder and mix all together.
  3. Grease your palms with a little ghee and bind them into equal-sized round ladoos.
  4. Roll the ladoos over chopped almonds for a crunchy bite and serve.
