Millet Smoothie Bowl is a delightful and nutritious breakfast option made with blended jamun berries, foxtail millet, and seeds. Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons Kangni (33 g)
  • 1 Scoop Prohance HP powder (25 g)
  • 1 Medium glass toned milk (200 ml)
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped dates (25 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds (10 g)
  • 2 Teaspoons chia seeds (7 g)
  • Water as required
Instructions
  1. Soak Kangni.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add toned milk, soaked kangni and allow it to cook on low flame.
  3. Once the millet gets cooked and is soft, add chopped dates, and mix well.
  4. Allow it to cool, add Prohance HP powder, chia seeds and combine well.
  5. Sprinkle sunflower seeds.
  6. Refrigerate and enjoy!
