Ragi Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup skimmed milk (250 ml)
  • 2 Tablespoons ragi flour (12 g)
  • ¼ Cup chopped banana (47 g)
  • 3 Scoop Prohance Junior powder (27 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds (11 g)
  • 1.5 Tablespoon jaggery powder (15 g)
Instructions
  1. Dry roast ragi flour to remove the raw flavor.
  2. In a blender jar, add skim milk, chopped banana, roasted ragi flour, Prohance Junior powder, and jaggery powder. Blend till smooth consistency.
  3. Garnish with chia seeds and serve.
