Ragi Flakes Dates Ladoo

Ingredients
  • ¾ Cup ragi flakes (75 g)
  • ¼ Cup chopped dates (39 g)
  • 3 Scoop Prohance Junior powder (27 g)
  • 2.5 Tablespoon khas khas (25 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon black til (9 g)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon green elaichi powder (0.24 g)
  • 1 Teaspoon ghee (5 ml)
Instructions
  1. In a pan add ghee and roast ragi flakes along with khas khas and black til on a low flame for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool down.
  3. In a blender, add the ragi flakes mixture, prohance junior, chopped dates, elaichi powder. Blend it coarsely.
  4. Divide this mixture into equal portions. Grease your palm with little ghee and make ladoos out of it and serve.
