Ragi Makhana Bar

Ragi Makhana Bar is a nutrient-dense bar made with a ragi and makhana combination. Dates and chocolate add a naturally sweet flavour making it a fun, on-the-go, wholesome snack recipe.  Prohance nutritional powder enriches the bar with the high quality protein and has 34 vital nutrients that strengthens bone health and boosts the immunity.

Ingredients
  • 1 Scoop Prohance powder (50 g)
  • 2 Tablespoons ragi flour (12 g)
  • 1 Tablespoon makhana powder (1 g)
  • Half cup chopped dates (82 g)
  • 2 Teaspoons mixed seeds (7 g)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon salt (0.5 g)
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive oil (5 g)
Instructions
  1. Dry roast ragi flour and keep aside to cool down.
  2. Dry roast makhana powder.
  3. In a blender, add roasted makhana powder, roasted ragi flour, prohance powder, chopped dates, olive oil, pinch of salt and grind it.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly.
  6. Sprinkle mixed seeds and gently press it. Cut into the rectangle pieces and serve.
