3 Tablespoons Sattu flour (15 g)
1 Scoop Prohance powder (50 g)
Half cup curd (120 g)
1 Medium size banana (97 g)
4 Tablespoons pomegranate (43 g)
3 Dates (12 g)
2 Teaspoons Chia seeds (7 g)
1 Teaspoon Pumpkin seeds (5 g)
Instructions
Deseed the dates and keep them aside.
Soak Chia seeds and drain the excess water. Keep them aside.
In a blender, add sattu flour, Prohance powder, banana, dates, curd and blend till smooth and thick.
Transfer it to the bowl and add soaked chia seeds, mix well.
Top it with pomegranate and pumpkin seeds.
Serve cold.
